A few things to bear in mind

Dogs.  As a wildlife haven and livestock farm, we are unable to host dogs or other pets at the Hide.  For every small, calm dog there is a large, 'characterful' one and we can't adjudicate on which is which!

Pedal power.  Bikes are welcome, but please note that none of the off-road public access routes are bridleways and therefore mountain biking is limited in the immediate vicinity.  Nevertheless, there is a large network of quiet lanes around the Hide for road cycling.  If you want to come on public transport, we would be happy to transport you to and from nearby transport hubs, to avoid busy-road cycling,

Electric vehicles.  There is not yet a vehicle charging point at the Hide, but there is off-road space and accessible power points for charging your vehicle whilst with us.

Access.  The hide is on a single level, with direct access from parking and the garden.  It is therefore appropriate for those with limited mobility. Inside, it is not fully wheelchair friendly, but is set out to be as accessible as possible.
